"The YEE-HAWS"
So today, a girl was asking and basically making fun of the way some of us "FFA" & "Country kids" or as we are called the "YEE-HAWS" or the "REDNECKS" dress. Let me remind y'all I live and am from TEXAS. Some people from other counties and even northern states think we ride horses to school. We are the unofficial western captitol of the world. So you can expect to have at least one kid at every school show in boots. It's normal you can't drive to Kroger without seeing a jacked up truck. It's just how Texas is you go big or you go home. But there is absolutely no need for someone to make fun of something for how they dress. We are allowed to wear whatever want last time I checked. Also if my mom is going to spend about $400 on a pair of boots I'm going to wear them to school. It's just like if your mom bout you a expensive hand bag from some high dollar place you're gonna wear it around. It's just how things are. Make fun of us all you want, but honestly we're just doing us. I'm sorry I don't only dress up for the rodeo once a year.
